![]() We also did the Northern Lights Arcade it was fun but they could have turned the A/C one in there is was Extremely HOT!!! We had to leave and come back later so we could cool off. We did the Howl at the Moon Mini Golf its glow in the dark with black lights it was fun but the balls don't glow very good any more and there where 12+ black light bulbs that where not lite. ![]() The room did have some safety issues I did find the plug next to the bed is coming out of the wall, the light switch in the bathroom is loose and moving and the GFCI outlet next to the sink doesn't work the best. The Light next to the bed is broken, the #7 on the safe doesn't work, the TV remote is so worn that almost all if the writing is gone off of it. We tried to spend as much time out of the room as possible. ![]() They did refund my late check out fee and must have said something to the guest above us because the noise was still there but not as load but still annoying. I remembered Willow my personal assistant Great Wolf Lodge texted me before I arrived and they were a little bit better on the customer service side of thing and offer to move us to a higher room but I declined the offer because if I was moving i was leaving. called the front desk to complain and was told it was a guest room above use and they would send security but there is nothing they can do because hibernation hours isn't until 11PM to 7am. ![]() But it was still there when we got back to our room at 6pm and continued until 8pm. We didn't think anything about it at 1st because we where goin got the waterpark. when we got to our rooms it sounded like there was a construction site above use. But beware the rooms lack sound proofing from the hallways and from above. The room are nice and clean and look remodeled and panted. I did request a Waterpark Level Upgrade room at $21 a night but wasn't charged the fee for some reason at check in. So we went and park the car and proceeded to our room on the 1st floor because the lobby is on the 2nd floor. Our room was ready Rm# 1045(sounded like construction site above us). For all the cars out there there was one 2 other guest that were checking in and for me check in was fast because I did the online check in that made it quicker. We arrived at 2pm Friday would bee nice is there was somewhere to park for check in there was a line of cars leading to the front door so we just left the car there and i went in to check in. So after tax and everything it came to $491.48. I also add 2pm late check out for $59.99 and the Birthday Bash 1 for $84.99. We booked a one night stay in a Family Suite w/Balcony room with a promo rate at $279.99. Definitely expensive, but you're getting an experience curated for your children. I will go back again - my kids had a great time. Mom & Dad beverages were pricey and/or weak at times but not at others. #6 - Food & Beverage - Dinner was the saving grace - food was excellent for the price, breakfast and lunch were OK at best. Wish there were a few more to thin the crowd out on the "big 3 rides" at the top. #4 - "Other Stuff" was exceptional, well run, and a pleasure #5 - Water Park - Good for young kids, mine had a good time. #3 - Staff was friendly and helpful at all times. I think that the room's deficiencies were a one off, but otherwise overlooked by the maintenance staff. Especially for a waterpark, and an large room (2 floors) there was no place to put a bunch of wet towels and bathing suits. #2 - Our room was - "OK" I spend 50-75 nights/year in hotel rooms that are off the highway (think Hampton Inn, Holiday Inn Express) and I would say that the room was better than some rooms but not average. That is neither good nor bad just take it for what it is. #1 - Wish we had another day, there was so much to do with the kids (8 & 5) it was a struggle to get everything done in 48 hours. So consider this an all encompassing review. ![]() We also purchased the Wolf Pass for both kids and the meal plan. My Family went to an upgraded loft suite, for a 3 day - 2 night stay. ![]()
